Miss Beena Gulabsingh Patel, is appointed as an Assistant Professor in Economics from June 2019 with Faculty of Commerce (SMPIC), GLS University. She was awarded the degree of PH.D. on 4th December 2019 by Gujarat University. The topic of her PH. D research was ‘Demographic Change and Economic Growth in India: Challenges and Opportunities’. She has received Institutional Doctoral Fellowship during 2016 to 2018 from Indian Council of Social Sciences Research (ICSSR), New Delhi.
